Lighter Quay is more than a dramatic inner-city waterside address. It’s a rounded living environment that offers residents a range of facilities that both reinforce the exclusivity of their address, and help maintain their physical wellbeing.

In addition to the private marina accessed via its own lock, operated by the onsite manager, there is also an exclusive health club. This includes a well-equipped gymnasium, heated indoor lap pool overlooking the marina, plus a sauna, spa and changing rooms with showers.

There’s plenty of onsite parking too. Residents store their vehicles in the large underground car park. There’s guest parking on the central podium.

Lighter Quay residents are also able to relax, meet and entertain in the bars, restaurants and lounges of the luxurious 5-star Lighter Quay Hotel.
