About
Spectacular inner-city waterfront, sophisticated urban living
Stratis
Facing the waters of the Viaduct Harbour and backed by the tranquil private marina, Stratis appears to float at the point where the ocean meets the land. Externally, it’s as much a sculpture as a dramatic collection of waterside apartments. Architects Patterson drew their inspiration from Auckland’s maritime location, building in a theatrical-like reference to containers and cranes.
Balconies are constructed almost entirely from glass. Situated on both sides of your apartment, these Hawaiian-inspired ‘Lanai’ designs let you completely open or enclose your decks without losing your unique connection to the waterside environment.
Inside Stratis, the apartments are flooded with natural light. Fluid ‘flow-through’ design lets you make flexible use of the multiple living spaces. Wherever you go the welcoming ambience of a traditional home is fused to the unique feeling of living on the water.

Pavilions Anchored at the heart of the exclusive Lighter Quay enclave are the Pavilions. Here you’re at the epicenter of the unique waterside culture that Lighter Quay will inspire. Every apartment has a private balcony overlooking the internal waterway. Those on the ground floor also have landings that allow you to step directly from your home onto your boat.
Apartments within the Pavilions have two bedrooms, all characterized by innovative use of space and flow. Located directly above the complex’s private pool and gymnasium, you’re ideally placed to both maintain your wellbeing and experience living in a refined waterfront sanctuary within easy reach of the central city
North
North at Lighter Quay has an almost imperious presence on the Viaduct Harbour waterfront. Distinctive polished timber columns stretch from ground to roofline. Spacious balconies, recessed windows, angled walls and motorised sun louvers shout that this building has been expressly created to maximise the grandeur and waterside appeal of the location. In contrast to the picturesque but busy waterways of the Viaduct Harbour, residents can also look down at the secluded water of the enclosed Lighter Quay marina.
Surrounded by a wide pedestrian walkway, North is a powerful architectural statement. It also ranks among the most desirable inner-city waterfront living anywhere in the world
